Five ways to staff an event

Crew pick up setup and takedown shifts at HQ Gallery, HQ Everest and Mountain Creek Lodge. Rachel confirms who works. Each direction below is a working mock with the same screens and the same 78 real jobs from the COE board.

The same in all five

Screens: Sign in, Request access, Open jobs, My shifts, Manager board, Crew & requests.
Working controls: accept and withdraw jobs, venue filters, confirm crew, approve requests. Use the mock switcher to flip between Crew and Manager.
Brand type: Montserrat and Lora, the web stand-ins for Gotham and Tiempos.
Phones: crew mostly use phones, so every screen works at 390 px with 44 px touch targets.

Read before judging

Real jobs, sample people. Events, venues, dates and times come from Rachel's board on Oct 14. Crew names, accepts and requests are placeholders.
Nothing is saved or sent. Interactions live in the page; reload to reset.
The mock date is Oct 14, 2026, so countdowns count to the first October shifts.
